Iran - Protest at Isfahan University PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 20 May 2007
NCRI – Students at Isfahan University protested against low quality of on-campus living and several unresolved health issues on May 16, 2007.

The protesting students gathered at the University hall chanting angry slogans at the university administration.  The protest was joined by students from other colleges.

The University's security forces tried to calm the crowd but the administration branded protestors as crazy and out of their mind having “attitude problems.”  This prompted even more anger amongst protesting students.

The protest came to an end and the students dispersed when regime’s security forces arrived at the scene.
